I'm updating my review to a 4 star. 4 star: The sausages are good. Differences that I notice from Ryans are that Polcan comes in a big ol' box, not packed in 4-6 link butcher paper. On the plus, the flavors are unfamiliar but good. I've got four boxes now to go through from Polcan and the kids are devouring the sausages. So.... success with Polcan. Thanks! Maybe I was just having a bad day with that 1 star. 1 star: I paid 600 for a 136lb deer. Seems expensive. Maybe I'll change my rating once I've tried them.
