Well the problem I have is the same as the last review I just read. I looked up the web site and noticed it said “open but closing soon 12:00pm”. So I rushed out the door from Dewiton to pick up some supplies. so I arrive at their door at 11:30-11:45 just to pull on a locked door. So I try to call with no answer. Then noticed the reviews and how someone else had the same problem. The girl from Calgary fasteners then replied to his review and basically said it was an invalid review. Well I don’t think it is at all cause I just wasted time and fuel to come out to their store. In fact I think it’s negligence on the stores part and being lazy and not changing their web site for the long weekend. Anyways. I would just hope their staff realize the problem here and take a minute to change their website on a long weekend cause some people still want to buy parts.

Sitting here in the parking lot because the store is closed, when it says both on google and on the sign in the window that it is open from 8-12 today.... Waste of time

Nita was super cool and gave me some great advice for my project today. Also, I picked up the wrong screws once and had to return them; they refunded me no questions asked. Great place, great staff.
Poor Customer Service- my experience was not at the location but with my company's sales rep Paul. It took over two weeks to get a simple response. When I asked a question about products in person he asked me to email him. I waited a week then sent a follow up email, now two weeks later he came in to answer me in person. I did not receive an explanation or apology for his lack of response and just poor customer service all around. I had to take my business elsewhere
