We were so happy that we called CAL-RID! They attended very quickly. The service tech treated us so well. Mike had answers for everything we wondered about and put our concerns at ease. Being treated honestly and not being asked to spend additional money because of our fears alone made this experience exceptional. We both feel that we got more than we paid for, which is why Cal-Rid deserves this Google review. I would recommend Mike to ANYONE with a pest concern Local company, honest company and everyone I got to speak with on the phone sounded engaged in actually helping and attending to my issues. I really cannot thank the people at Cal-Rid enough for helping us. Company vehicles without decals mattered to me when I was initially trying to decide who to call as did the ability to call first thing Monday morning at 7:30AM...they got to us by Wednesday afternoon! That's great service...I would have driven my wife crazy as I was so worried! Again, thank you to the owners, staff and Mike...you all have provided an uncommon and exceptional service experience.

Do not be surprised if you see all your clothes, pillows and small items left all over the ground. Furniture to be dissembled, damaged and left standing vertical [they claim it was not prepped properly in terms of distance from base board, however you can see form the pictures the distance is the same. i.e. no reason to leave it standing up, dissembled after spraying the pesticide chemicals. I guess some of their employees have no manners and 0 professionalism.

This company did a terrible inspection and caused a cockroach infestation to erupt in the building. Instead of offering a proper treatment plan, they spot-treated the building, collecting people's money fraudulently and actually spreading all the bugs around. Do not use this company if you actually want to get rid of an infestation. Terrible service.

We called cal-rid due to a mouse problem in our house. We have had a problem with mice every winter for several years. Mike took the time to get down on his hands ans knees outside and he found two holes on the exterior of the home and one in the garage which he closed up. He also left poison traps in the house. It has been just over two weeks since he has been here ans we have not seen any mice or any droppings. I am so thankful to Mike for the work he did! Fingers crossed this will not be a problem again!
