My desktop would not turn on from the power source and I also needed documents pulled from an old laptop that wouldn't move past the log-in stage. They upgraded the power source to my desktop for free and provided a very reasonable quote for being able to restore my old laptop in addition to extracting the important files. I recently brought in an iMac to C-tech to fix an issue. They were the second computer repair company that I reached out to, after the first told me I was “out of luck”. I had a Dell laptop that stopped working so I brought it in for a Free check over. It turned out both my hard drive and motherboard had failed.
