Super happy I called these guys. The guy at the office was very helpful and the locksmith that came to my place was on time, professional and the price was fair. I lost my key and needed a new one.. I ended up getting 2 because you never know when you loose it again (: Will call them again if in need. Recommending.

I was happy to discover that B&W's new location in Queensland is right around the corner from my place. I called them, They said come one by. I did and was in and out in 20 minutes. I got my new FOB programmed and key cut for way cheaper than if I went to the dealer like I was planning to do. Very professional even in super sub zero temps when I got the work done. Highly recommended. Worth going out of your way if you have to, or they will come to you. From what I saw they have mobile units that will come to your door. Great people/ Love using local small business as everyone should.
Excellent service - second time I used them. Igor showed up at my house within 2 hours and was efficient in providing me with keys for my cars. One I didn’t have a copy of and one I did and he handled both with ease. I hope I won’t lose my keys and need this service again, but if I do they will be my first call!

We needed to have a Mazda key fob programmed and Mazda dealership could not fix the problem. We were impressed with the prompt reply from B&W Locksmith technician Dima, who took the time on the phone to discuss the issue before we scheduled an appointment. He was very prompt with our appointment time and he programmed our key fob. Excellent service from Dima and we'll be calling him again if needed.

Did a good job on my old Mazda. Had never used key and lost its remote last month. Technician called with in 5 minutes of my first call and showed up within 30 minutes of our talk. Enabled the lock that was frozen because I always used remote. Also, made me a new key. Problem solved without lock replacement.
Was onsite in 20 minutes and had my door unlocked in 5 minutes.
