It’s unfortunate as we had a world class experience last year with great service, response times and results. This year we have had 3 or 4 sprays and whatever is used is only lasting for 24 hours and then it’s back to an insane amount of spiders and mosquitoes. I called over 2 weeks ago for another service and have heard nothing. I called a couple days ago to ask to speak to a manager and was told it can be 24-48 business hours (I hope this means hours in total and not business hours). I asked the lady on the phone if they had record of my request for service and she said she did but nobody has been in the area. I watch buzz boss trucks on my street on a regular basis as most of the street uses the service. I’m not alone when it comes to my thoughts of this years quality and I can’t help but feel they have grown too quick. When someone does arrive, they spray for 30 seconds and are done. Last year they actually went to the corners and bug areas with more attention to detail. I’m not sure if this is why it hasn’t worked or if the solution is more diluted. Up until this year. 5 stars. This year, I feel like I pre paid and have received nothing as the summer winds down.

As a private contractor in the gardening industry, I have clients who expect the best, especially if they pay for it. As many are in the rural areas, this year was extremely bad for mosquitoes. I paid for the loyalty program and was told that this would have four applications. I met with a technition the end of May and verified that there would be 4 applications to help with the mosquitos. Since mosquitos are prevalent spring and summer, I understood I would get the four applications quickly. I got the first one May 29. The next application was July 24 after calling weekly to make it happen. Since then I have recieved nothing but excuses and no more applications. Now it being September, the mosquitos are all gone and I have two applications that are not going to be done. I have called and called and still nothing but that I am "on the list". This doesn't work for my clients and it doesn't work for me.

I decided to try out Buzz Boss after having a good experience with Green Drop. I got the Air Ground package with the Wasp Shield add on for about 370. I was expecting my summer to be ant, fly, mosquito, and wasp free since the program is guaranteed. It turns out that is not the case. What they mean by guarantee is that you can request re-sprays as many times as you want, however the time it takes for someone to actually come and respray can be quite long. For example, I requested a respray on June 25, and once again on July 6 since nobody came. Finally on July 10 somebody showed up for my regular scheduled spray (and not a re-spray). I haven't noticed a decrease of wasps or mosquitos at all. There are also still flies and ants on my property. With the high price point of this service, I believed that it would get rid of the pests on my property, especially since the service is guaranteed. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with the service.

I pre-paid for service over the summer. They have not shown up for services. They do not respond to request for an explanation or a service. After multiple attempts to reach them they responded saying they are trying to arrange service in my area and will let me know when they can come. Problem is I already paid for the service and they didn't show up the month before either and did not address my question about how can they take my money and not do the service. STAY AWAY!!! They take your money happily but then do nothing.

Last year was great! This year is horrible. We still have tons of mosquitoes after service and never response for any requests.
