If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I eat at this location every so often which will NEVER happen again. Please note I am a bit late posting this well deserved review. I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 junior whoppers, onion rings and the so called infamous \Sriracha King.\ Take a look at the pictures and let me know your thoughts. I'm sure you will be just as disgusted as I was. The only thing edible from a 20 order was the junior whoppers. The onion rings were soggy and the Sriracha King was barely warm. We all know that most fast foods advertisements never look like what is actually served. This is beyond words. The burger appeared to have been sitting under a warmer for way too long as the bun soaked up the sauce. It was soggy and unappealing. There were no traces of jalapeños as in their picture. The bacon was not crispy. I called several times and no one answered. I left a voicemail and no one returned my call. I ended up calling an hour later and someone answered. I explained my situation and was told they would get back to me the next day. The next day came and no one returned my call. I called and got I touch with the manager. She asked me to bring the food in as she was in disbelief. I saved all the food as it was not edible. I wne t back through the drive thru and she accepted the food. What was more disturbing is that she handled the food and helped a customer in the diner without washing or sanitizing her hands as I watched through the drive thru. Very disgusting during these times...COVID. Obviously this franchise is not operating in a safe manner. Overall the manager, Tracy I believe is her name was quite rude and grunted that they do not refund back money. Lol! First off I wasted my time and money driving back to their location on top of getting scrap food . In the end she returned my money. I will never EAT there again.

Love this burger king food is always so hot and fresh everytime I go although I tried the best new All Dressed nuggets last night and it's a NO for me! My daughter and 2 friends also tried these and it's a NO as well for them. Other then that place is great
Always come here expecting better service after times of not visiting but constantly disappointed by there lack of attention to detail. I get its fast food service but asking for \NO SALT ON FRIES\ is not asking for much in my opinion. I've also had a lady pretend she didn't hear my order for a junior chicken and instead try to sell me full sized one for full price. My suggestion get order machines like macdonalds or hire more ATTENTIVE staff. Its growing to a point where I feel like avoiding this place entirely.
We had a 2 can dine for 11.79 and it came with 2 whopper meals... The drive thru service was very good, the employee was very friendly and accommodating to our requests... The food was delicious. It was all hot and fresh... Excellent experience here!!
I usually get decent food at this location but today the poutine was way too salty! I couldn't finish it and my friend couldn't either - blech. The pictures show how much was left... We chalk it up to the employees not being trained properly. My kidney transplant needs extra fluids after this experience.
