Ugh... visited this location a few days ago and was absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service. There was a girl helping me (long black hair, glasses and an eyebrow piercing) the way she was talking to me was so not right when you’re in the customer service industry. I ended up feeling so uncomfortable, left and walked down the mall to little burgundy, their nice and the customer service is great. I suggest you go there instead. So disappointed, browns.

Very poor customer service! They will judge you by looks or race I’m not sure! that you can afford even 300 shoe and will repeat the price to you with a getting shocked reaction when you tell them that you wanna buy it. I went yesterday afternoon to this location Browns TD Downtown core, i bought UGG Adirondacks lll worth of 370 and boots for my husband worth of 250 and i paid with debit card not credit, i wanted the long jacket worth of 800 but the lady made ah face oh that is expensive so sad that they don’t want me to try so i went to Hudson bay, sad that they judge you by looks or nationality
Solid pandemic protocols, helpful staff. Disappointed they didn't carry the Doc Marten Pride boots, particularly during Calgary Pride Week.
The service here is extremely hit or miss. I have been at the store a few times now and have been ignored, felt like I have burdened the staff by asking for assistance or like today was well taken care of. They need to give customers a more consistent customer experience and that starts with hiring the right leadership.
The Hugo Boss shoes here are absolutely beautiful. Love how the sales staff aren't annoying.... they only have a few pairs of shoes for each brand... you don't need any assistance here other than asking for a specific size when you find a nice pair (which you will find)
