THIS IS THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR WHEN OFF OF WARRANTY!!! OR STILL ON WARRANTY BUT NOT COVERED. First time at British auto. Break pads.. all four... Land Rover crazy quote. British auto very reasonable and great job. My Range Rover Sport 2016 has had two issues this past year (off of warranty surprise surprise.) First issue Land Rover 3500.00 and that wasn’t a guarantee. The front LED Light and strip didn’t work. Land Rover wanted to replace the entire unit. I took it to British auto and they got to the root of the issue (Land Rover was flaky.) Not only did they fix my car but less than 1/2 the quote from Land Rover. It wasn’t the entire unit that was the issue it was a crazy intricate wiring issue. 2nd issue not related to first issue at all. Again Land Rover 3000.00 and no guarantee that the issue would be fixed until they “got into it” (engine light was on and my car went into limp mode.) Again, took some time, British auto got to the root of the problem and the fix was under 1000.00 dollars! Not only are they great at what they do but very personable, call you and give you updates and DO NOT try to add anything extra. As I woman, this is the first auto repair shop that I TRUST is on my side! Oh and bonus... they wash your car when it’s all done!

Recently purchased a 2005 Jaguar super V8 and needed to get a few things sorted out on it. After much research I decided to bring it to British Auto Specialists and could not be happier that I did. Kirk and Pat were extremely patient and immensely helpful in addressing any questions and concerns that I had. The customer service is above and beyond and the promptness of replies to queries as well as the in-depth knowledge of the car that Kirk has is invaluable. Glad I found these guys.

This is the third time or so that I've had work done with British Auto Specialists, and a major one at that. They have been absolutely amazing from general repairs/maintenance to major suspension system and transmission repairs. Kirk, Pat and Jay have gone above and beyond for every service I've had done. If something I haven't thought of crosses their mind, they bring it up as an option to save me money while maintaining a high level of quality in their work. If things don't go as planned, Kirk will call me with a solution that solves the problem. And trust me, I've called enough shops to verify that they have very reasonable pricing. Well under the Jaguar Landrover (also great people) dealership pricing with the same quality of work. The amount of effort in their process, care in their customer service and integrity in how they're running their business make them an easy go-to place for work on your vehicle. On top of that, I can tell they're extremely busy but they are patient enough to take the time to explain things to you regardless of your level of mechanical experience. I was even lucky enough to have Jay show me around when he heard I loved Jaguars! Got lucky enough to see an E-Type being worked on in the garage. The passion is easy to notice and very much appreciated! Whether you're an experienced car enthusiast or an amateur Jaguar lover with no mechanical knowledge like me, you need to visit this place before trusting your vehicle to another. They will get it done right. P.S. Thank you Kirk, Pat, Jay and the team for taking care of me all these years. I hope I won't have to be back soon, but if I do I know my beloved Jaguar will be in good hands.

Pat, Kirk and Jay - own and manage this family business I brought my 2000 Range Rover and 2004 Discovery to BAS and feel compelled to share my experience as it exceeded my expectations! It was one of the best experience I've had in a very long time - they have a genuine interest in treating their customers well, ensuring their needs are heard and met. Every interaction has been super pleasant, it's clear that they're truly invested in what they do and put the customer at the center of their purpose. The owners are very welcoming! I have been to their shop twice to have my RangeRover HSE serviced, and I put my trust in them. I booked with them on a short notice, and they made room to get me in! No upselling shows the pure honesty they have for their customers. Will keep bringing the Rover over to their shop!
