I've been doing training with Maria for a few months and love it! She personalizes exercises to match my fitness level and target areas, and gives a good variety to work different muscle groups. She has great energy and positive attitude which makes training enjoyable and fun! Maria explains how to do new exercises and corrects me, so I do them properly, because she cares! Not every instructor does it and I value it in Maria. I also love her stretches after the class. Thanks, Maria!

I took a few stretching classes from Maria. She is an excellent instructor who knows what's best in terms of your body physiology, what exercises work best and encourages you to work hard. At the same time, she's very patient and positive. I've seen her and her studio kids perform at several Calgary events, her performances are always stunning!
I've been to several events of the Studio and they've always been fun. Entertainment program is exceptional and Maria is also a brilliant instructor. It is really amazing to see how parents and children are equally excited about organized games and kids performances
My daughter loves gymnastics classes with Maria. She has been going to this place for 3 years now. And she is going this fall again!
