Sizing was good, but otherwise a very poor experience. I took my girlfriend to Bratopia and told her to pick out whatever she wanted. 3 bras. They sized her, and we had a relatively good experience. We were told that if anything wasnt perfect, we could *return* them within 7 days. Later the same afternoon we stopped at the mall and found a big sale on VS, decided to buy 5 for the price we paid for 3. Went to return 2 of the bras and they then told us exchange only for store credit. There is no signage posted for that. There is nothing on their website, nor is it on the receipt. I could 100% understand bottoms, but bras are not intimate items. I sent in multiple emails to their customer service and the lady I spoke with was the most unpleasant person I have ever had to deal with. I'm not kidding when I say she politely told me to p! off and deal with it. I explained that I live outside of the city and would not make it back to the store. Their response was, buy something online then. Following that, she has simply ignored every email I send in and apparently that's what they think of good service Steal your money, give no indication that's that's store policy, and tell you to get lost . Not like people are.struggling during a pandemic...

I had 2 lovely ladies help me- they listened to my needs and were very accommodating with my sizes. I tried both bras and shape wear from here and the selection was great and I didn’t feel pressured to buy or pressured to only stay on the fitting room. I browsed on my own and got some recommended selections which made for a great experience.
As always this place is great. I have a larger cup size, and needed a good fitting low cut to go with my bridesmaids dress and they found one! Brought in the dress and did a whole event trying stuff on. The staff was super accommodating and found me just what I needed!
When I was in a bind, BraTopia was able to help me out! I placed an online order for curbside pickup on Saturday night (after hours) and hoped that I could pick up Sunday before starting a new job on the Monday... They pulled through and my order was ready less than 2 hours after they opened on Sunday. I can't thank them enough!!! If you are looking for quality undergarments at a good price without having to wait for shipping, check BraTopia! So many size options and colors for an inclusive space. ️
