Such a great little spot! My boyfriend and I went not once but twice for breakfast!!! They are open for dine-in, despite what Google says. The service was great and friendly, and the chef was amazing! Best steak sandwich ever!!

We had brunch in this old style cafe. Service was efficient. Their dishes were of sizeable portions. Excellent mix and flavours. It feels real homey and enjoyed a relaxing time at Blue Vinny Diner. Do drop by when in Downtown Calgary.
Stopped in for a wonderful little brunch! We ordered the usual eggs and bacon breakfast - which were nothing short of fantastic. Our server went above and beyond to make it a great experience. That particular day was supposed to be our wedding day (thanks Covid) and the server had told the kitchen, so they dressed up a little side blueberry pancake with whipped cream. It was a small gesture but it meant so much. Would return! Great environment!
