10/10! Excellent meals, we are in the midst of our first week and we are so impressed. We switched over from a larger meal prep company for our lunches and we could not be happier with better prep! I absolutely LOVE Better Prep. As a practicing holistic nutritionist, I was looking for quick, easy and healthy alternatives for myself and my clients to address the issue of ot having time to cook\. On weeks that are particularly busy or when I am feeling absolutely uninspired, I order! The food is always fresh, delicious and it comes in generous portion sizes. I also love that they use quality, local suppliers! Try them out!

I was looking for a meal prep service that offered anti-inflammatory & gluten aware options and stumbled across Better Prep while doing my research. This was my first time trying a meal prep service in Calgary, and I was not disappointed. Last night I tried the Saffron Stew. Un-BELIEVEABLE. For my lunch today, I'm enjoying the Crunchy Thai Buddha Bowl. So yum. I went with the A La Carte option to start, but based on such a great first impression, I'll be opting into their plans the next go-around. Thanks for providing a flexible menu that is delicious, and healthy!
Delicious & onion & garlic free! I absolutely adore this company. I have sensitivities to onion and garlic and struggle so much to find pre-prepared foods I can eat. These meals are delicious and has given me the chance to take a few meals off of preparing food. The sauces are SO yummy and made from scratch which I really appreciate.
