Bates Mechanical installed a new hot water tank and new furnace for me after a sewer back up. I was very impressed with this company. They were professional, on-time, and cleaned up the area after they had completed the work. The little details make a HUGE difference. I found them to be very responsive, easy to schedule an appointment with and they went over and above to ensure I was happy with the final outcome of the project. I would recommend Bates Mechanical to family and friends and will definitely call them again in the future.

Holly is SUPER friendly to deal with, she constantly kept me updated on things and also the arrival of the plumber and gave me alot of information during them checking out a leak in my condo. The plumber Craig was on time, extremely friendly, and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!
Bates was brought out by an insurance company to remove a gas fireplace for flood repair. Bates re-installed the fire place once work was complete and the fire place didn't work. After 3 service calls the final Bates employee said that the fire place is broken and its not their fault. An actual fire place company came out and assessed the fireplace and diagnosed the problem as. \Who ever hooked this up had no idea what they were doing\. Was so happy to have something simple take 3 weeks extra cause they are doing things they don't know how to do.
I had Bates in to do some work at my house and they were quick, clean and efficient. Would highly recommend!
