Very knowledge guys. No high pressure sales tactics but John knows his stuff and he provides good insight that is not based around selling you more stuff. If you want a good stereo or home theater, I would recommend talking with them for sure before you make a final choice.

The customer service went above and beyond today, I was looking for an old charging cord they knew they had somewhere. After 20 mins of looking due to the fact they are moving locations so everything was in different buildings/boxes, they gave me the cord for free and were extremely nice and accommodating. We even had a nice little chat about star wars :) I will be going back to their new location if I'm in need again.
I dropped by the store (Gorgeous showroom by the way) on a total whim to seek some advice on a minor technical car audio issue. Rick was immediately extremely helpful, solved my issue and even provided me with the minor part I needed free of charge!! Top notch customer service. When I win the lottery and build my home theater this will be where I go! Recommended!
Had excellent initial experience with Base. Pre-ordered an item in January, still waiting for arrival. Can't even get a response from base about whether a unit is enroute or what's going on. In their defense I understand they are going through a big move right now but a quick email response to say hey we've reached out to our dealer rep to see what's up... Only takes a minute. Slowly losing faith. Update-- It's now been over 60 days since I paid for my unit and 47 days since I received a response from someone at Base. This started as a 5 star review. I've been subtracting stars due to not getting any response from Base. Guess the moral here is don't give anyone money for an item that isn't actually on the shelf. You'd think that once a customer gave you multiple thousand dollars you'd have the decency to reach out when they ask a question. Update- March 23 Hallelujah. I recieved a phone call to come pick up my unit.
