Wow. We ordered an item we need only to have them cancel the order and not give a reason until we called and asked what happened. Turns out they actually don't have it in stock. You have a terrible online presence. I now see why you're bankrupt in the States. I'm waiting for the day that happens in Canada as you cannot seem to adapt to the expectations of how people shop today.

AWESOME and patient staff, and even understanding management! After an awful experience today at a store that shall not be named, we called Babies R Us to confirm that they would allow us to try our baby in their floor model of carseats despite COVID. And they do! Our baby did not quite fit the Graco 4Ever the way we liked but fit the Evenflo Gold Everystage perfectly! I did hmm and haww over which only because of price and the amount of reviews on the Graco. The reason I say management is understanding because the Graco carseat has a new head rest in the april 2020 and newer models, reducing head slouching. A big concern in the older models. The staff member asked her manager if we could try our baby in a new model, as the floor model was a 2016. And they said yes! Was not expecting that! Even in the new seats my baby just fit the Evenflo better despite the awesome sale price. But we are super thankful that the staff and management were so understanding and worked with us to find the safest carseat for our baby. Will continue to support this location and buy our baby items from them when possible.

Yesterday my husband and I went to buy a stroller and Angel helped us. She was really good and helpful. Answered all our questions, gave us a lot of suggestions and tips to get a good stroller and deal.
Worst company I ever had to deal with, ordered stuff online and it was never delivered for a month and every time I call customer service their response is unfortunately we can't do this. what a disappointment. I was a very good customer but I will NEVER be shopping at babies r us again. If I could give a negative star I would. Shame on you.
Toys R us could be a little cozier. More attractive to kids. The aisles and shelves are a little industrial. Still the biggest toy store.
The Baby R Us customer service for our baby registry entered the wrong address under mine and when family and friends purchased gifts to be shipped to my house, it was returned back to the company because it was an incomplete delivery - making them repurchases the gift once the address got fix. they would not try to accommodate family, friends or Me to have it shipped the store. instead everyone that did sent it had to redo all the work.. i would not recommended doing a baby registry with Baby r us or if you do, make sure that you request to check all the information before they crate it. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL
