Excellent customer service by 'John' at the Sunridge location. I needed an item held for me until a family member could pick it up. Very prompt and friendly service. I have gone to this store for many years and am always happy!

I was followed and glared at today by a middle eastern woman that was a chasier in babies r us because I was wearing my motorcycle gear and a back pack. I'm a grown man wearing gear to protect myself while riding my motorcycle, which cost more than a babies R us chasier could afford but I was profiled while buying clothes for my 9 month old son because of how I look. I will never step foot in this dump of store again since the employees don't know how to treat hard working paying customers!
My brother visited today at approximately 3pm to get some onesies for his son. The cashier was extremely rude, did not offer him any help at all but made sure to pause the transaction she was doing as he entered to rudely stare at him instead of offering a hello or anything of the sort. When he finished choosing what he wanted to purchase, she then blocked the front door glaring at him as he chose a chocolate bar. Snidely asked if he needed help and he explained he just wanted a chocolate bar and then paid and left. Absolutely abhorrent customer service. There is a difference between protecting your store from shrink using quality customer service and making someone feel like a they are being profiled as a theif the moment they walk in. I can assure she probably wouldn't have done this if the mother was with him, but she was home sick, but then again, with such awful service nobody can know for sure.
One of the largest selections in Calgary for baby supplies. Huge cribs and stroller selections. I beloved they offer a baby register service as well
I went to purchase a breast pump and the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful when advising on what type to buy
