I came in to redeem my birthday gift, and the advisor immediately pushed me to buy something. When I said no, she started to completely ignore me. She went back behind the counter and proceeded to play on an ipad. I came up to ask her a question to which she completely ignored me. I was about to leave when another advisor came out and helped me instead. She was sweet enough to even tell me I didn't need to purchase anything today. I then called a few days later looking to complain to a manager, only to find out the older lady who helped me WAS the manager. I spoke to the same advisor who helped me on the phone. She was super sweet and even gave me little freebies to make up for my experience! Needless to say, I will not be coming back here unless I see that specific advisor working.

I had a terrible time with one of the workers there. She was an older woman. She was super pushy and kept trying to make me spend more money even when I said I couldn't afford it. She was super rude and had an attitude immediately after I said I couldn't spend that much money on hair products. She made it obvious that this store is all about money and not about their customers. Overall, 0/5 stars if I could give it that. Would NOT recommend.
