Do NOT waste your time. Terrible customer service. Called to get a quote for ice for a wedding. Person I spoke with was not located in Calgary but said a rep for here would call me back ASAP to help me out. Days go by, nothing. Call back. No record of my first call and got the same speech...someone would call me back. Days later, nothing. These people are not interested in any business but selling to other companies who sell their ice.

brutal phone service. If you deal with the staff in person ( delivery etc) they seem pretty decent but the phone customer service is consistently horrible :(
Terrible place rude staff, poor customer service, unprofessional, unsanitary. I’ve seen staff smoking behind the roll up door where the ice is stored. Old outdated building that’s a mess does not seem very clean for a food product facility. Find another supplier for your ice!
An absolute horrendous transactional experience. Having utilized each of their communication channels and ultimately heard nothing back from the organization - I have given up hope that they will accept my business. Staggering.
Today their driver just jump his truck in front of me when he has a yeild sign on his lane in Mardaloop.Then he even horn and shout F*** you at me. May be thier driver should learn first what yeild sign mean before joining the trafic. Ps: this is for that driver in return
