Hello, just wanted to inform you of an incident that happened about an hour ago outside your store... I was walking by with my dog on leash when a Great Dane probably four times the size of my dog came running out and went at my dog. Not sure if this was a customer or an employees dog, however if the owner did not see it happen and immediately run out to grab their dog the outcome of the situation could have been a lot worse, as even after the owner grabbed him he tried once again to go at mine. Whether it was an employee or a customers dog you should inforce a leash rule at all times.

Staff are super helpful without being pushy and I love how they allow leashed pets in the store. Everything is logically laid out and although their product is expensive, it's amazing quality covered by industry leading warranty coverage. I'm currently getting a 5 year old beta AR fixed under warranty.

Love bought a jacket last winter and wore it perhaps ten times. The just started wearing it again and noticed that along several seams the down was seating to come out. Following the strict re5urn instructions on the website , I washed it and put it in a box with the return number and then paid 19 to mail it to North Vancouver where it might take ten weeks to hear back from them about repair/replace/ do nothing. For expensive clothing, this process is punitive. Not my fault the jacket is faulty. Will not purchase from them again for just this reason.
