Very pleased with AR Wright's plumbing work completed today on my Shower. We needed a new control valve and shower head, as our old shower head had broken off. Nial arrived and in shutting off the main valve to the house, broke the insert right off as it was 34 yrs old. He called the City to arrange for our street valve to be shut off, to enable the main valve replacement. Waiting for the City, he completed all the Shower work and waited for another 30 min for the City to arrive. Once street valve was shut off, our main valve was then replaced very quickly and the street valve turned back on. We tested out the new Shower and it was great! There was the unexpected cost of the new main valve, but the rest of the bill was as quoted. Very pleased! Thanks Nial
We had AR Wright install a new Boiler for us and 4 zones (13K later) to allow for heat to be controlled on every floor. At first everything was great. After 9 month or so one of pumps failed (which means no heat for that floor). We called AR and they eventually came out and replaced the pump and charged us labour. Then another pump failed so they said it could be something else... so they installed a trap and we spent another 1000. This has not solved the problem and now we have 2 pumps that are not working. I called AR several times to come out the replace the pumps and they stopped returning my calls. I am very disappointed as they are not standing by their workmanship. I have received quotes from a couple other companies to fix the problem they have left me and it will cost 2000 - 3000 to resolve the problem. The problem is being caused because AR didn't flush the system before they installed the new boiler, and now particles are breaking the pumps. I am disappointed in their customer service and do not recommend using them.
Always giving us very short notices for every appointments. Like last Thursday September 3 Terina phoned us in the afternoon notifying us if its “ok” for somebody to come over to do the repairs on Friday between 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM and we agreed. But the next day Friday we adjusted our schedule for the repairs. But Terina phoned us Friday morning 35 minutes prior the appointment telling us that they are cancelling the appointment cause nobody could come over to do the repairs. We’re very disappointed and not happy with this experience. We’ll be looking for better company who can respect our time.
