The team at Aquality were fantastic in helping to replace our hot water tank and water softener. They called me back after hours within a couple of minutes to help troubleshoot an emergency leak and David, the owner himself came out first thing the next morning to go over my options and put a plan together to replace the appliances. I also appreciated the diligent work by Ted, the plumber who installed the appliances. He worked efficiently but also took the time to explain things in a really understandable way and had a ton of great tips on other things to watch out for down the road with an older house.

I am very pleased with the recommendations made to me by David from Aquality Plumbing. I decided to change a bathroom in my condo that was never used, only for storage. I needed a bathroom that I could roll-in, in my wheelchair to shower and space was going to be tight. David set me up with Blair from Epic Contracting. David (Aquality), Blair (Epic) and I met and discussed my ideas. Once the condo board approved my intention, the project was good to-go! David suggested a Rain Shower, which is lovely, and a Floating Sink saving space. Mike from Aquality Plumbing did an excellent installation, very tidy. I am so pleased; I love the shower! I have used Aquality plumbing in the past and would highly recommend them!
Our furnace failed over the holidays. We searched online for a reputable service provider and chose Aquality because of the positive online reviews, as well as a positive recommendation from a family member. Chris showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, he walked us through his diagnosis which was informative. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He had the parts on hand to complete the fix, and he also offered a few maintenance tips to avoid further issues. Our first experience with Aquality was very positive. An honest company backed by honest and efficient workers. The cost of the repair was also very reasonable - great value. We now have a “go to” plumbing and heating company!
Aquality Plumbing - The name says it all! Dave and his crew are unbelievably professional, personable and go above and beyond to provide great service, expertise and reliability for all our plumbing needs. We have been using them for years, and recommend them to anyone who wants honest answers and the best service.They have gone above and beyond on several occasions for us when we were in a bind, including installing a new hot water tank over Christmas. Today we had Chris come out and replace the second of two bathroom sinks and faucets, they make our bathrooms look like new, we couldn't be happier. Thanks Chris, Dave and Dawn, and the whole crew at Aquality.
We had a leak of our homes main water valve on a Sunday afternoon and due to the cap broken off of the city's main line behind our home, had to wait until mid-day Monday for the water to be shut off. We called several Plumbing companies and Aquality were the ones that said they could be to our home within a few hours. True to their word, Steve was here when they said he would be. Ahead of that, Dawn, in the office, asked us to send a few photos of the valve to ensure they got the right part. Because of their great efficiency, Steve completed the removal of the broken valve and installation of the new one within 30 minutes. I called the City for a reconnect as soon as Steve arrived and by the time he completed the repair the city arrived to turn the water back on so he checked for leaks before leaving and everything was fine. We are very impressed with their courtesy and concern to get our home back up and running. We highly recommend this company to everyone.
