Great place for fitness and discipline. Taekwondo itself is an amazing martial art that anyone can excel at and the instructors are top of the line. 10/10 recommend

This is one of a few CTFI clubs in the Southern Alberta area that does it right. Teaching high level skills with solid core values. Mr Arden's credentials are substantial, and his team of amazing teachers and coaches is fantastic. This mixed with a fabulous family environment is impressive. You wont be disappointed taking your kids to this club and joining in yourself.

You can too with hard work, dedication and most importantly highly qualified instructors; here at Apollo TKD. My kids train here also making the family rate very affordable!
