I came to pick up some supplies but they were closed and still they served me. Very nice people with lots of knowledge about beekeeping, and have lots of good products. Highly recommended

No sir, in no way, could I in clear conscience, recommend this experience to anyone. Period. After 30 years of bee keeping absence, with my wife showing an interest, ( "we need to do something for the bees") We went looking for a local vendor to be out supplier. (We have locations, now we need to get set up). Wishing to explore what supplies and support a vendor had to offer, what is being used today/options and perhaps an introduction to ‘newest and greatest’ hardware, information on start up costs _ min, aver, high end expenses. We wish to properly plan the next steps. We explained that I had a 30-year absence and was looking to ‘return to the fold’ of bee keeping. Having done my homework and with enough historical experience, I realised much has changed and had many questions (species, equipment and disease management) Our experience quickly turned from inconvenient indifference to questions wrt specific pro’s and cons of the various options, to ‘loudly guffawing’ about me misunderstanding of some equipment use. This eventually ended after a receiving a personally humiliating statement ‘I am not your google’. My wife said; time to leave and look elsewhere, and if this is the culture - want no part of it. Now let’s be clear, I work with vendors, suppliers, projects and deadlines, I have yet to experience, in my opinion, such personal belittling treatment of my wife and myself. It felt abundantly clear that we were an insignificant start-up and not worth the time. What an horrific and humiliating experience. Never Never Never again!

Updating my review as Apihex seems to have gotten their supply chain issues sorted out this year. Good customer service, fair prices and reasonably good quality wooden ware.
