Awful customer service! I asked one of the staff members if they could show me a shoe in a different colour, they ended up going to the back and never came back out after 15 mins. I ended up just leaving the store. I also tried to return a pair of shoes that literally broke during my first wear and they refused. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I'll never go to this location - it's awful! I'll likely never buy anything from Aldo ever again because of their poor quality & poor customer service. Edit: I was able to return the shoes at the Chinook location. They were super understanding and great to work with. I definitely recommend going to Chinook than this location.
There return policy on there accessory’s is very dumb. I would not buy any watches from here as they are just for show and there nice looking features don’t even work. I would leave a 0/5 if I could.
The service at the store was really bad i haven’t had experienced that much rudeness in the staff they are really uncooperative 0 customer service the representatives named dana was there she was yelling at me i was making and return of the product from last evening and she didn’t get me this she said this is a used product i haven’t gone to banff last night in which it become used totally bad service
I bought shoes on my lunch break as my feet were killing me from wearing heels (heels are also from Aldo LOL). The girl there suggested these flats for me saying they were very comfortable. So I ended up purchasing them in a hurry after trying them on for size. My work is 10 minutes away and just from that walk I got blisters and scratches that are so painful; if they were comfortable shoes they would not blister your feet within 10 minutes of walking? I ended up having to wear my heels the rest of the day. So after work I went back to return them, and she said as it has been worn I cannot return them. I wouldn't have bought these shoes if I knew they were going to blister my feet as soon as I wear them!! I only walked back to work and since I was walking down downtown they got dirty on the bottom. She was also extremely rude and looked at me in a very degrading way. I will never buy shoes from Aldo again and neither will my friends, family and colleagues as they just suggested me to buy padding from them instead.
Not only is the return policy at this location inconsistent with other locations (and corporate policy) but the staff is extremely rude if you have questions. The sales associate literally yelled at me in front of other customers "If you worked retail you would understand!". I did work retail for many years and this kind of customer abuse was completely unacceptable at all the locations I ever worked at. Once she began yelling I turned around and left. As I left she screamed after me "BYE!! BYE!!". The most insanely unprofessional thing that's ever happened to me while shopping. Best avoid this location at all costs.
The service is friendly. My only complaint with the store is they don't have a selection of shoelaces for sale. Come on Aldo, selling a selection of laces that go with the shoes you sell is not unreasonable request for a shoe store.
Terrible service. The staff are really rude. Tried to return shoes I had bought from the chinook location and they accused me of wearing them, just because they didn’t want a return in their store. Chinook staff are way better and friendly. The core is trash. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!
