This is the best place to go for prosthetics! Great fit, comfort and the latest technology can all be found here. I've had maybe 15 different prosthetists over the last 45 years. I've seen them all. Dont go anywhere else!

I've gotten two leg braces here over the past two years from Carla. All the staff are outstanding and really make me feel welcomed and not judged. They've helped me get my life back on track and kept me out of wheelchairs. If you need any sort of brace I recommend them, as they have quickly made my brace for me in time for Christmas! Thank you so much guys!

What a great team of professionals helping me through a very scary time when I really needed it. My recovery time has been cut in half thanks to Carla who clearly knows her stuff.

Have always had patients report excellent experiences at this clinic. Very comprehensive assessments and good follow up.

Not necessarily a review for the orthotic and prosthetic center, but moreso for Steenwyk who does appointments out of this clinic. I visited for a consult for custom shoes with a prescription from my physician of foot deformity, and a history of 10 years of orthotics with no luck getting any shoes to work with them and lots of pain/issues. The consult was extremely brief, and a conclusion was quickly drawn that I was ineligible for any shoe (less than one minute). I felt my concerns were minimized and quickly dismissed, and I didn't really get a chance to fully explain my problem. The entire consult lasted less than 5 minutes. Steenwyk suggested I try a shoe like new balance with my orthotic, despite having explained I have exhausted efforts of factory made shoes. I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible at that point. I felt insulted by the level of care shown, and quite humiliated by Steenwyk showing me a cast of someone's foot who "really needs custom shoes" as I was picking up my purse to get out of there.

Conner Pardy is the best! I have seen many prosthetists in Calgary and Conner is head and shoulders above them all. After 5 years, when many other techs in town gave up, he was the only one able to make a comfortable device and I now have all my mobility back! He never gives up and is like MacGyver with the solutions he comes up with. I recommend him for children, adults, anyone who needs a great support person in the city with fresh ideas!
