I left a message for AE Security on a statutory holiday and Chris contacted me right away, even though the office was closed. He walked me through the troubleshooting process for our security system over the phone and uncovered the problem for me without the need for an expensive service call. We had an older wired AE system installed at our previous home for over 14 years, and so when we moved decided to again go with AE to install an upgraded wireless setup. The equipment is top quality, and Brian (consultant) and Jordan (technician) were professionals. Didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t want, but definitely did provide us with the various options depending on how intricate we wanted to get. Install went smooth and Jordan explained the system and gear, and got us all set up to operate the panel and through the apps.
