Amazing hobby shop. Great people, very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of stock, and their catalog on their website is super easy to use, and even displays how much of an item is remaining, and its price. Love this place, have been going with my dad since 2012 when I was 11.

Pat and Keira offer the absolute best in customer service. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with big smiles. My orders come in quick and they email me when my parts come in. Action really is my go to shop for RC parts. Thanks guys for being so awesome!!

Generally good customer service but extremely low stock; literally 20 scale model planes in the store with generally higher prices than I've seen elsewhere. We're out of several of the things I was looking for and didn't seem to have any concern about it. I'll go elsewhere in the future because my focus isn't on RC planes which is what seems to be the niche for this store.
