Very good service and product. I got my window glass replacement from these guys.Glass cracked after 6 to 7 months due to cold .I couldn't find proof of purchase but they really worked hard to find recite and replaced it for free under warranty. I will use them and recommend them.

My experience with Apollo windows was very unique and filled with kindness. Since the start 'Yash Patel -my estimator' was very clear and highly informative; he understood my needs n my confusions. He clarified most of my questions. Most special experience was with their staff member Joti who -'one time kindly dropped my phone because I was sleeping; First time in Canada - I have experienced such a kindness from customer service industry. She accommodated my request and schedule changes while providing me high quality service. In these though times I made a right choice by hiring Apollo windows for my HomeNeeds.
Their Service is so bad. They don't know how to deal with customer, don't clear anything when you give them deposit for order. They installed windows in our house such a cheap quality never told us the windows not going to be same as our other windows in the house . Now we have 2 different types of windows in the house. They broke our casing too , we had to buy our own casing to match with the rest of windows. The casing they were giving was a different design than the one is in our house. They don't clear anything. Very poor customer service. We would never go back to them. Find a better company for your house. Their product and service is very poor .
Not overly helpful with anything. I had approached them for some advice on what to do with and how to fix some leaking windows. They don’t seem to know much about windows. Nor seem to really care about helping to fix any issues. Take your business elsewhere and you’ll get much better service.
The dealing with Apollo windows was very easy and quick. Have professional recommendations for services including installation. Obviously best rates in market because I shopped around with different companies but got best deal here. They installed doors very quickly beyond their standard timings. Thanks again Apollo Windows.
