A2Z is a great company to work with they responded to my needed very quickly and had no issues with any of their service. Their moving truck is actually huge so we were able to take our entire load in just one trip was really surprised. We saved a lot of time that day and rates were good as well.

SCAM ARTISTS LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS SAY! A2Z contracted my move out and once my stuff was picked up they stopped caring about anything. They weren't able to communicate with the contractor and the contractor ended up making two deliveries at the wrong time because of it. Then the extra fees were passed on to me because A2Z blamed the contractor and the contractor blamed A2Z so neither would drop the fees but if I did not pay them I wouldn't get my stuff. On top of this A2Z never once returned my calls or did anything I asked. Typical excuses are "I'm just the [manager/dispatcher] its not my responsibility" and things like "I haven't got the fax in the mail yet but the weather has been bad so it may take a few more days". They were also way off in their original price quote like other users referenced. Bottom line: DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT USE! the employees will take a fake reservation, then have some friends show up saying they are from a to z but are really there to hijack your belongings! my girlfriend hired them to move, and was quoted via email 600. they arrived 2 hours late after several phone calls, and pulled up in a beat up moving van covered in graffitti and a cardboard sign taped to the door with a2z written in felt pen. ( I should have known right there this wasnt really the company!) when they arrived at the destination they said your load weighed to much and its now 1500. pay now or we're taking your stuff. MOST OF THE STUFF IN THE TRUCK BELONGED to OUR 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!. so if she didnt pay our daughter would have no clothes toys or a bed to sleep in. she ended up paying the money. SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE 9 COMPLAINTS ON BBB AND ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR FRAUD CANADA WIDE. EVERY POSITIVE REVIEW ON THIS SITE IS WRITTEN BY THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES!
