Hoping equipment ordered is better than the customer service. Emails asking about estimated delivery date unanswered, arrive home to find swing set has been left on my front lawn. No contact from company.
We purchased the swing set for our daughter last year. For the quality of the product I think it’s very reasonably priced. Delivered on time. I contacted by email to ask a question and they were very helpful. Would happily recommend to others
Lovely play equipment that should hopefully last a long time. Customer service has been disappointing though. We ordered last spring and paid for delivery and assembly. I appreciate that the pandemic has caused a lot of distribution but most companies have now been able to adapt to the new circumstances. The assembly was done in a very rushed way and I noticed a few issues with how it had been put together, including one of the steps for the monkey bars breaking on the first use. I raised this to the customer service team and after not replying for several weeks was told in September that I would be contacted to arrange a repair but have not heard anything since. After paying 400 to ensure it was assembled properly it is very disappointing to still be in this situation.
