I ordered a last minute birthday gift and I inquired after submitting the order if it was made in house if it was possible to get it as quickly as possible and within an hour I got a response... and it was yes! So I ordered it at 8 am and picked it up by noon... it made my day thank you

Very disappointed with this guy I went this morning. I have gone there few times. Never happen. He doesn’t smile. Look like he really didn’t want to do this inking job. I shouldn’t have to clean this cartridges. First time I have to do this?? Will not go back

John, the owner, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Lori is an extremely creative person who did a great job creating a wonderful 50th birthday photo book for me a few months ago. Her background in graphic design and her over ten years in photography is evident in her work. Excellent experience!

I have yet to have a 100% positive experience at this place. I'm sure I would shop there more often if it wasn't for the curmudgeon of a man behind the counter... I live 2 minutes from this shop but I still drive into Hamilton to get my film developed. That should say it all.
