I got 2012 Chevy Cruze from here and I basically met him through a reference. Car’s great no doubt. But owner’s attitude towards customers is not okay. Car’s fan was not working as summers are coming up ahead I went to him after we had a phone call on the same day. They don’t provide rentals and they don’t check the cars as per said. On phone call they told me leave the car with them and they will start a diagnosis and repair it day after. I wanted to leave the car with them but when asked about why they haven’t started diagnosing the car he said he didn’t have time to look onto it. When asked for when he will take care of it he said he don’t work on deadlines and hangs up the phone call. Had to take the car back from him and need to find a mechanic for it now. I don’t want to be rude but he wasn’t really interested in looking at car like dude I purchased it from you I should be your priority at least talk politely as per customer. If the customer is being nice to you that doesn’t mean you can say whatever on phone call and then won’t even answer the calls. Even when we came in to buy the car the owner was already fighting with one of his customer and saying that he won’t return his car keys so I just went at night time with my friend and took back my car when they were closing. Didn’t want to get stuck with his attitude.
