This home was recommended to us by the local MP for its high standards in care. From the moment we made contact with the home we have not been disappointed in the care love and attention my Mother has received. The staff there have been so caring and are part of such a strong team. The home is spotlessly clean and well organised. The meals are fantastic and there are plenty of activities always going on. The Manager is visible around the home every day and is never to busy for a chat. It is so refreshing to know there are still good homes out there and as a medical professional I would highly recommend this home to anyone you will not be disappointed. What amazed me most about this home is the staffs knowledge it is evident they are highly trained and have a fantastic knowledge of the people they care for the home is an asset to its owners .

I have worked here for 12 months after working in Domiciliary Care for 7years, I am very proud to be part of the warm, friendly and welcoming team at Caldwell grange. I am currently starting my NVQ and hope to further myself at Caldwell grange. Our manager is one-of-a-kind, she is a very important part of the Caldwell family and although she has lots of her own work to do Sam would never see the staff struggling and if help was needed she would role her sleeves up and get stuck in. Extremely understanding and friendly lady to approach, she would also do anything she can to help with rearranging shifts to suit staff. I recommend Caldwell grange whenever approached personally.
My partner works here and had nothing but praise for all staff and management who work here they all ensure that residents are cared for too the very best level possible. The staff always ensure the happiness of the residents and makes it a fun place for them to live management are extremely supportive to staff and residents and there family's. I have worked at Caldwell for almost a year now.. it's the best place in which I have ever worked. The staff are the most caring people who I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I plan to continue my journey here for many more years to come. The home is beautiful & clean better than any standards I have ever witnessed. I have grown a close work relationship with the residents in whom I care for & will continue to carry this on to ensure their lives are fulfilled with the joy, happiness & love they all deserve!
