Very bad service..and such a disapoitment from my French favourite brand. i need some new glasses so i want to the shop but told that i need an appoitment for the oftomologic consult and it could not be done on that day due to the lack of employee. so we fix an appoitment and they even chose the hours at their convenience. but at my surprise on the day of appoitment they told me again that it was not possible because they face problems with employees. the lady even call the manager but no answer.....not even able to call me on my mobile before to cancel the appointment ( they ask me my mobile on first day for this reason..)..
