Unapproachable staff. There's a certain staff who is kinda rude to me when I asked a clarification regarding the New SSS contribution as of this year. How can she serve as a pleasing and approachable employee if she has an attitude like that?! Ignoring customers who are asking politely and being sarcastic in answering my questions is a big no no. Are they even choosing customers to be treated with respect and good service? so kapag medyo may edad maganda approach nila, pero pag kabataan or medyo bata kaysa kanila kaya na nilang tratuhin ng ganun nalang? Pls do something about this. Thank you!
