Max's is pretty much a chain restaurant here in the Philippines so I've been to a few locations around the Philippines. I usually just come here for the Sizzling Tofu dish. It's basically a nice rendition of the classic Filipino dish called Sisig it's made with all the same spices except they replaced the pork with Tofu. It's absolutely delicious. The perfect side would be Garlic Rice.

The Max restaurant in Calapan has a good ambiance, more spacious. There's a small garden and walls are in glasses. Parking space is provided to customers. I went there for breakfast after a long sea / road travel-- love the chicken lomi and brewed coffee. The menu is just the same as other Max's branches, though I think the service is a better here
Still One of the Best Place to offer the Best tasting Fried Chicken in the Country. For only P299 a fiesta platter meal is so satisfying.

The staff is warm. There's a free wifi. The food is delicious. The resto even provided us an umbrella when we came out to go to our car. Our baby approved their service as she let some of the members of the staff to carry her.
