It is a low cost subdivision and a very good place/neighborhood. There are schools within the vicinity for pre-elem to senior high which offers good educational standard for your kids. A catholic parish and christian church for parishioners. A lot of basketball courts for sports or any events. There are mimi-marts/market and pharmacy whenever you need it.
