Good to know that office hours starts from 7am. From 7:20 to 8:10 I was able to finished my application for unified ID (located at ground floor right side) and resetting of online account (located at second floor). Unified ID is free of charge including the cost for mail. for the first timer. Exceed my expectation and with safe parking area at the back of building.
