I opened an account in this bank because I need to have an account with them . The reason was because some of our collections from the government is under Producers bank. After opening an account with them, I already have the passbook, deposited 20,000 then after a few mins the manager of the bank just text me telling me that they need to close the account until they validated the documents I have submitted. I called the number that texted me but the manager ms. Reina did not pick up the Phone to explain to me why they are doing this to their Client. They waisted my time filling up 5 forms frOnt and back and trusting them with my business and then they will tell me that they need to validate my mayor's permit, DTI and COR!!!That's an Insult to me!!DO I LOOK LIKE FAKING ALL DOCUMENTS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT???DO I LOOK LIKE UN TRUSTED PERSON FOR YOUR INFORMATION PRODUCES BANK WE HAVE 2 LANDBANK ACCOUNTS, 4 BDO ACCOUNTS, ONE DOLLAR SAVINGS ACCOUNT, 2 DPB ACCOUNTS, ONE METROBANK , BPI PESO AND DOLLAR ACCOUNT, MAYBANK CHECKING ACCOUNT MAYBANK DOLLAR SAVINGS ACCOUNT, 2 ACCOUNTS IN SECURITY BANK, 1 CHECKING ACCOUNT IN VETERANS BANK, CHECKING ACCOUNTS WITH BANK OF COMMERCE. 1 PNB ACCOUNT...AND PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR CLIENTS TIME JUST TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT TO YOUR BRANCH AND GET INSULTED AFTER YOU GAVE THEM THE PASSBOOK AND TAKING THE 20,000 INITIAL DEPOSIT,..AND HOW IS YOUR PROFESSIONALISM IN EXPLAINING YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL DECISION TO YOUR CLIENTS.!!!DONT TRUST THIS FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME !!!!THIS IS THE WORST BANK I EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!I ALREADY HAVE A PASSBOOK AND THEN AFTER 20 MINS THEY WILL SAID THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT!!WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!
