Processing documents here is a tedious one. People are waiting in a long line to process their documents here and it's so time consuming

Ang tamad nila mag explain, ang tagal ko pumila tas binigyan lang ako ng papel at nandon na daw lahat ng itinatanong ko, which is wala naman. I don't know if yung counter na napuntahan ko lang ang ganon.
Mabilis ang process sa mga pagkuha ng id at pageentertain ng staffs pero sa payment. Hindi nasuzunod ung tv provided pra sa pagtawag ng numner. Si guard ang natawag ng number which is kung di mo alam magaantay ka sa nagfaflash sa tv screen. Sana make full use of tv screen. Sayang naman kung andun lang sya at di gagamitin ng tama.
