A peaceful community out here. Second to low cost housing, DIY maintenance, house and property modification is allowed with no heavy restrictions. Materials used are not so good so you need to monitor wear and tear anytime and be ready for the repair cost.

it's not crowded, the neighbors doesn't make noise that much. The temperature is not that high.

Noisy neighbours during weekends singing karaoke til dawn. But it’s tolerable. You’ll get the hang of it eventually.
