On 27/10/17 at 20.45 the staff of this company harassed me at my arrival to Calais port and also made racist remarks. The old man shouted at me in front of fellow passengers. I told the employee i was going to complain, he told me your welcome ‘port boulogne calais will say nothing to me’. Then i did complain to the company via email and they really did not reply. A company with very low standards i believe, very unprofessional. I am returning to Calais in a week to make a police complaint as i have had no response from this company.
