Drove down to Eurotunnel from London and problems with vibrations on steering wheel. i crossed over to France and on way to Italy...so I passed by opel Calais and they were very good. sorted out the issue within an hour and price was reasonable. Nice lady helped translate...much appreciated!!

Travelled to France from UK only to find out at the last minute that driver side headlight was out. Drove straight to their Kia service centre from ferry with little hope. In UK nothing happens without appointments taken days ago, if not weeks. But here they were really friendly and helpful. Within 10 minutes, headlight had been replaced and I was on my way. And they charged my just the cost of headlight, no labour, and even that was cheaper than UK. We should be more like them, at least in attitude if not prices.
Need to call three times and waitvfor a week to get an appointment. but repair was ok.

Après avoir effectué une nouvelle peinture sur le coté latéral droit de mon véhicule à cause d'un problème de vernis qui se décolle par magie, je me retrouve avec une voiture en deux teintes de couleur et une ceinture non fonctionnelle. Evidemment aucune nouvelle prise en charge possible... Je vous laisse apprécier les photos et constater l'ampleur des dégâts. Je déconseille fortement.
