Don't buy a vignette here! They will say that your credit card is empty, and want you to pay in cash.. Vignette for 1 month is 16e, they took 20e and say that 4euro is tax, they don't give any receipt for the \tax\ if you want your money, they say that 20e are 80 lei and they throw you 2 lei.. But they aren't! 78lei for the vignette are exactly 16e.. They stealing from every costumer 4e! That's why everyone hate Romanians!
