I was a bit wary because of the whole \Eggless\ cake thing, but boy was my mind blown away! The cake was light, creamy and delicious. They even wrote happy birthday and her name with some cute little letters on the cake. Got this cake for my gf's birthday and she and our guests loved it!. Really good customer service from the team in the store and delicious cake!

Horrible service and rude staff. They didn't cut the cake layers properly (see the bottom layer compared to the top layer in the pictures) so the entire cake was slanted and collapsing. We complained about this and they said we should have halted the birthday and gone to complain. Why would anyone do that? They deem THIS (refer to layers) acceptable. They were having a go at me for complaining in the first place! A 6 refund was rudely provided but it wasn't even necessary. I didn't want a refund; rather an apology and a chance to do better next time. Do not bother with this company who employs mannerless, inept bakers and people. Go elsewhere for much better service. P.S before the owner replies, no I don't own a rival cake shop that you are accusing other reviewers of owning and I also have a receipt to prove the transaction.
I just love this shop. Fresh as evergreen ️️️. The mango flavour it’s savory . You guys should advertise. Whenever i speak with my friends about this shop, around 90% of them haven’t been here. Even i just started recently while it’s been 3 years i am living down the road.
Amazing customer service. Very friendly, fast communication. I was able to customise the cake however I wanted it to be. The cake was perfect. Very tasty and fresh! A must buy from here! Highly recommend this place
