went in to buy some cake slices earlier today. was served by some miserable person at the till no hello, no thank you, think the management need to re-train on delivering \basic\ customer service skills. To top it off got the slices home and found them to be really dry. Avoid this place - that is unless you prefer poor customer service and cake at rip-off prices

Really poor customer service. No reply to email and phone calls trying to raise an issue.
Hi, I was struggling to find a cake and I was amazed by the variety available at Cakebox. The staff really helped me out choose what would be the best and we had a great celebration at home. Everyone loved the cake, definitely will come again. Thank you so much for the great customer service and the cake.
Very nice selection of cakes, really delicious. Very nice and helpful staff. Offered free cupcakes as well.
