We ordered a special cake for my nieces 18th Birthday party. The cake was soft and not set as it may have been out of the fridge for a long time. Worst of all, after cut the cake we found a long strand of hair inside the cake, please see pictures. Once we raised the issue, they dismissed it. That is why I am sharing the pictures with you all. They also charged for the numbers, but I questioned if the number 8 was more of an S and if they had a proper number 8. They said that is all the had. When I raised the issue they said they should have called straight away. The cake was collected at 6:45pm and cut at 8pm, the branch closes at 7pm, so who were we supposed to call at 8pm? When I have the video, and have been told this is not enough proof, I am totally shocked by this customer service. Please be aware of this branch, as I have always used this company, but this was not good enough from Enfield Highway branch!!

I've ordered my cake from this cake box and it was ready by time and we all loved this cake because it's vegetarian and also eggless. TBH I'll always prefer to buy cakes from this cake box. And main important thing as u can see in picture that safety for covid-19 do maintain by this Cake box
Few pics of their cakes and cheese cakes! Cakebox cakes are my favourite cos it’s always so moist and the fresh cream is so good. Very addictive haha. The cheesecakes are alright and pretty but taste wise.. definitely not as good, the texture is stretchy and the flavour has a very odd strong taste to it like tea that’s been brewed for too long, almost metallic-coffee like? Cakes I rate 10/10 and the cheese cakes I rate 4/10.

Amazing cakes, we prefer the vanilla cakes, sponge is moist and sweet!! The sundae cakes are nice too, my children always asking for them!! Only have on celebrations as the cakes are a bit over our usual budget..yet as they are specialized eggfree it's going to be worth it!! Looking to try the cheesecake..yet let's try and loose a few pounds around the gut 1st!!! Friendly and kind staff,they do try thier best...Thanks cakebox gang..was worried lockdown would mean no cakes!! Thankfully there's Uber!!
