Always had cakes from Cake Box. Never been disappointed with the quality. Lovely and fresh every time. I usually go in store to order and buy ready made cakes. However on this occasion, I ordered a Birthday Cake over the phone. To my dismay, the man who took my order made me feel extremely rushed, and was literally firing questions at me with no Please or Thank you, despite me remaining polite. It costs nothing to use Good Manners, and this customer experience has put me off buying from Cake Box ever again.

Their Cakes are delicious. But an important suggestion for customers is to not buy online if you are not in hurry. You can get cheaper cakes at the shop. Price is a bit high if you check online.
