Dropped into Cairncross yesterday and enjoyed friendly and helpful service, as ever. Wanted a quick.check and advice and received an on the spot repair. Couldn’t ask for more, thanks team Cairncross.

Wasn't buying I was trying to sell tay pearl jewellery which they have the licence for. Think the offer they made me was ridiculous so I'll keep the pieces. Didn't get a receipt for what I left with them which worried me a bit and when I collected it they didn't give me back the original receipts which I had.
Staff a bit stern, and not an enjoyable shopping experience, felt treated like they were doing us a favour
Good
I had an eternity ring repaired which I had bought for my wife 21 years ago. The service could not have been better. I would go there again if I needed another special item.
